Coddiwomple is a Nordhavn 47, the 7th of this model built. To date, less than 600 Nordhavn's have been built, in 20 different model sizes, ranging from 35 to 120 feet. She was built in 2003 and like all Nordhavn's, is a snowflake... no two are exactly the same. Coddiwomple was the most extensively outfitted Nordhavn 47 ever built. She has numerous distinguishing features, such as fly bridge hard top, custom cabinetry with a hideaway TV lift containing a 34" curved ultrawide screen, and underwater lights. All major systems have redundancy or backup gear, including electronics, power drive and power generation. Electronics include a DigitalYacht Aqua Compact Pro+ server with Nobletech navigation and Vessel Vanguard maintenance software, a DigitalYacht AIS transponder and receiver, 2 VHF radios and SSB... the list goes on. She is one of very few 47’s with two generators, as well as a commercial Carlisle and Finch Xenon spotlight. Coddiwomple was originally built to cruise Transatlantic as part of the Nordhavn Atlantic Rally at a cost of over $1.3 million and is not only extremely capable but serves as a perfect home for us.
